This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a short period. If you choose to load the booking calendar, it is provided by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter and handles them under its own privacy policy.
Business contact information
We contact businesses using contact details they publish for business purposes, about matters related to the recipient's role. We record the business name, the person's name and role, the published contact details and where we found them, and our notes from any conversation. It is used only to offer and provide our services, and it is never sold.
Every message we send identifies us and gives a simple way to stop hearing from us. If you ask us to stop, we stop and keep only what we need to make sure we do not contact you again.
Outreach we run for clients
When we run outreach for a client (an implementation partner), we write to people at manufacturers and distributors in the client's name, from sending domains registered to the client, about matters related to their role. We use business contact details that are published or that come from business data providers, and public information about the company, such as job posts and press releases. The client decides who is contacted and controls the data; we process it on their instructions and delete our copies within 30 days of the work ending. Every message names the client, gives a postal address and offers a simple way to opt out. If you received one and want it to stop, reply to say so, and you won't be contacted again by us or for that client.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, in Canada you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
